Mmmmm.... You are probably used to having this dish with chicken. Well, that's good too, BUT I think you will find switching out the bird for a nice venison or other wild game steak brings this dish to a new level.

Ingredients
6 venison steaks, trimmed, pounded flat
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups Italian style panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded or fresh mozzarella
Instructions
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Spray baking sheet generously with non-stick spray
-Prepare meat by trimming, cutting into steak size portions and pounding flat with a meat mallet
-Beat eggs
-Mix panko and cheese
-Dredge steaks in egg, then cheese and panko mixture, covering all sides
-Place on baking sheet
-Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
-Top with enough marinara sauce to cover steaks
-Then top with mozzarella
-Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted, approximately 5-10 minutes
-Enjoy!
