A whole new take on Thanksgiving leftovers! You are going to love this! It's like Thanksgiving dinner all rolled up in a biscuit. Putting leftover turkey on a roll used to be enough for me, not anymore, this is my favorite! I think this recipe will inspire you to stuff your biscuits going forward. I have stuffed them with meatballs and cheese and other leftovers. So quick and easy, great for parties or a side dish to a hearty soup! PS - make it your own, add whatever your favorite leftover combinations are. The recipe below is just a suggestion :)

Ingredients
1 cup leftover turkey, chopped
1 cup leftover green bean casserole
1 cup leftover stuffing
2 packages of 8 store bought buttermilk biscuits (not the flaky kind)
1 cup leftover gravy for dipping
1 Tbsp melted butter
Dried parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-Mix leftover turkey, green bean casserole and stuffing in a mixing bowl
-Remove biscuits from packaging, on a large piece of foil or parchment paper flatten biscuits with your hand so they are double in size
-Using a small melon baller scope or a teaspoon, place one scoop of leftover mixture on each biscuit
-Fold sides around mixture and seal by pinching closed
-Place biscuits seam side down on an ungreased baking sheet
-Bake according to biscuit package directions
-Remove from oven and brush with butter and sprinkle with parsley
-Serve with re-heated gravy for dipping
-Enjoy!
