This dish may not seem very gourmet but I guarantee it will become a staple in your household. Whether you are a busy mom, prepping for a camping or hunting trip or just craving comfort food, this recipe is a winner. I loved coming home to the smell of this casserole in the oven, thanks Mom! So easy to make ahead then just heat and eat.

Ingredients
1 lb ground meat
1 medium onion, diced
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cans cut green beans (use fresh from the garden if you have them)
1 lb frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheese and parsley (optional garnish to make it look pretty)
Directions
-Preheat oven to 425
-Saute meat and onion in large skillet over medium high heat until well browned
-Stir in soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce into skillet
-Fold in green beans
-Spoon mixture into a 12 x 8 baking dish
-Arrange frozen tater tots across the top of casserole
-Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until taters are done
-Enjoy!
