Looking for a crowd pleaser for game day? How about taco Tuesday for the family?! Here you go! Simple, quick and guaranteed to please. There is nothing I love more than build your own taco night! Enjoy!

Servings: 6 (I double this all the time, great leftover!)
Ingredients
1 lb ground meat
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp chili powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
¼ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
1 ½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup water
Tortilla shells of choice
Recommended toppings: Shredded lettuce, salsa, cheese, olives, sour cream, diced tomatoes and pickles (I know it sounds crazy but it's delicious!)
Instructions
-In a small mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients and water, set aside
-In a large saute pan heat olive oil over medium high
-Add diced onion and bell pepper, saute until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes
-Add ground meat
-Stir constantly until meat has browned
-Add seasoning mixture, stir thoroughly
-Reduce heat to low, allow to simmer 5-10 minutes
-Serve hot with desired toppings
-Enjoy!
Pairs will with re-fried beans and Spanish Rice
