This is hands down my favorite meal! Using a steak or roast cut from the critter of your choice this recipe will give you a tender, flavorful, satisfying meal that you will make again and again. Pair with your favorite sides.

Ingredients
- 1 lb steak or roast cut into bite size pieces
- 1 onion cut into chunks
- 1 package fresh mushrooms quarter cut
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- splash of white wine
- 2 tsp alpine touch
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
- Prepare meat by removing any sinew and cutting into bite size pieces
- In a large skillet on medium/high heat add 1 Tbsp olive oil and onion, saute until tender, set aside
- In the same skillet add mushrooms and white wine, saute until tender, add to onions on the side
- In the same skillet increase temperature to high and add remaining olive oil, meat and seasonings, saute 2 minutes, stirring constantly
- Add onion and mushroom mixture, saute for 2 more minutes, do not over cook! The meat should be medium rare
- Serve immediately, steak bites are best served hot right from the pan
