Chill time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
8 ounces smoked trout, skin and bones removed, flaked
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp horseradish
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
-Combine all ingredients except trout, mix well
-Fold in trout
-Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes or longer before serving
Pairs well with a toasted baguette or crackers
