The perfect side for whatever you are grilling tonight! Packed with flavor and fresh veggies this colorful, easy side is a perfect go-to for parties, picnics or your weeknight meal. Great leftover, the longer it's in the fridge the better it gets!

Ingredients
1 package pasta noodles (I prefer the colorful whacky mac spirals)
1 bottle zesty Italian salad dressing
1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 package cherry tomatoes, halved
1 orange bell pepper, cubed
1/2 red onion, diced
1 jar green olives, or can black olives
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
-Cook pasta according to package directions
-While pasta is cooking add Italian dressing to a large mixing bowl
-Prepare all your vegetables and add them to the bowl to soak
-Add cheese and olives, stir to coat
-When pasta has finished cooking, rinse and run cold water over it until it is cool (you want it al dente)
-Fold pasta into the vegetable mixture
-Cover and refrigerate for at least a half hour before serving
-Enjoy!
