Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-Preheat oven to 400
-In a bowl combine soup, paprika and pepper
-Grease a medium baking dish with nonstick spray
-Arrange potato slices in layers in the baking dish
-Sprinkle the potatoes with cheese
-Pour soup mixture over the top of the potatoes and cheese, cover evenly
-Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender
-Enjoy!
