This is my absolute favorite appetizer to bring to parties! Even if you aren't a goat cheese fan (yet) I guarantee you will love this dip!

Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
2 4oz logs goat cheese, room temperature
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded italian cheese blend
4 Tbsp olive oil
12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch green onion, chopped
4 tsp balsamic glaze (vinegar works also)
1 tsp garlic salt
1 toasted baguette, sliced
Instructions
-Preheat oven to 400
-In a medium bowl combine goat cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, italian cheese, 2 Tbsp olive oil and garlic salt
-Spray a small baking dish with nonstick spray
-Spread cheese mixture into dish
-Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until golden brown
-While the cheese is baking combine the tomatoes, garlic, half of the green onion, balsamic and remaining olive oil
-When the cheese comes out of the the tomato mixture over the top
-Top with remaining green onions
-Serve warm with baguette slices
Pairs well with meatballs and stuffed mushrooms for the perfect party platter!
