Ingredients
1 lb ground meat
1 cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup milk
6 strips cooked bacon, chopped
1 egg
1 onion, diced
½ cup ketchup
¼ mustard
½ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce, sliced or diced tomatoes, pickles, queso, reserved bacon, ketchup and mustard for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
Grease a standard loaf pan with nonstick spray
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix thoroughly
Place mixture into loaf pan, pat down to ensure even distribution
Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until center is no longer pink
Serve with your favorite cheeseburger toppings
